At the 2018 PACE Auction “Cocktails for a Cause” we will gather to raise a glass or two in support of the students, faculty and families of St. Aidan School.  This is the 24th year PACE has held an auction to raise money for our school. The event began in Monsignor Kirwin Hall and has taken many different forms over the years, bringing us to this year to the American Legion in Williston Park.  The new venue is not the only change you will see...

NEW Format!  We hope you enjoy the less formal and more relaxed cocktail party set up with delicious food catered by Basil and Prime.  

NEW Program!  We have shortened the Live Auction segment of the event to provide the opportunity for more mixing and mingling. Please note the night’s agenda:

7:00 PM - Check-in begins

8:30 PM - Raffles will close

9:15 PM - Silent Auction will end

9:30 PM - Five Live and Stand Up will begin after “Heads or Tails”

10:45 PM - Check-out begins

NEW Mobile Bidding!  Gone are the days of hovering over paper bid sheets and losing out on those “must have” items.  In order to participate in the Silent Auction, you must be registered with a credit card on our secure site.  Trust us, you are not going to want to miss these great prizes, including many “Only at St. Aidan’s” experiences.  All guests will receive an email with directions on how to register as an online bidder and this will also allow you to bypass check-out at the Auction’s conclusion.

NEW Raffles!  Try your luck with $10 chances at our “Bubbles and Bling” and “Lottery Ticket Raffle.”  We also have a “Gift Card Grab” where you can purchase gift cards at face value and all proceeds go to support St. Aidan School.

We hope these new changes will add excitement and fun to the Auction that we have all come to love.  Please check out the full catalog online to view everything that will be available to win this evening,  a great mix of new items and old favorites.  The Stand Up For St. Aidan’s Appeal will raise monies toward the purchase of the latest SMART Boards. This is an amazing way to directly enhance the education of your children.  Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated!

There are so many people who have come together to make this event happen! We continue to be humbled by the extreme generosity of our school and parish families and local businesses who have donated to this event. We are grateful to the administration, faculty and staff for their tremendous support of our fundraising efforts.  Last, but certainly not least, we offer a special thank you to the parents who make up the 2018 Auction Committee. We are especially grateful to you for your dedication and enthusiasm to make this event a huge success.  Cheers to YOU!
